Please tell me all necessary steps to configure Work center , Capacity and workforce planning .........please provide me all the information of business scenerio where I can use this at user level....with screen shot.

Dear robert,

1.In work centre we can do capacity,scheduling planning and costing details.

2.Maitain formulas for capacity ,scheduling and cost calculation so that when work centers r used in networks these formulas r used in calculation.

3.For capacity planning you have define shift sequence and shifts with timing , no of individual capacities[no of people] etc.

you planning would be in hours.
