Updating ship-to to sold-tp using xd07

Hi,

When using xd07 to update a customer from ship-to to sold-to a dialogue window pops up entitled: Change Account Group: Critical Field Groups.

Within this box is the message:

The planned change is not allowed as the following field groups would be masked by the new account group. It then lists:

Group name: Address - Undeliverable Street

- Undeliverable Postbox

Communication - Mobile Telephone

When you press enter it kicks you back to the orignal change account group screen.

Would apprecriate any help on this.

When you change the account group ...

What happens to your customer :

1. The Account Group changes to other group which amy have different Number ranges.

2, But the Number will not change to different Number Range

for Example:

LUPIN : Number 14000043

Now The account group X had Number range 15XXXXXXXX

But the LUPIN NUmber will not change.

So SAP MOCKS WARNS
