Shipto change in SO

Hi All,

Is it possible to provide an overview of salesorders where the shipto was manually changed for a period after creating the order. Is there a report to show me this?

Hi

While creating the order in VA01, whatvever may be the changes made to that document until it is saved, it is not considered as making changes to the document because the document is not existing. Once it is saved and a number is assigned/given to that document, then any changes made to that will be stored.

Dear Tony

If you want to see for a particular sale order, you can do so by selecting Environment -- Changes.

If you want to generate a report in bulk, may be you can make use of SE16 / VBPA table.

How about making changes during order creation ie. before saving the document?

During order creation, it is not possible to see the list of default entries being overwritten by the creator of the document using the change history.

SAP takes only VA02 as the relevant transaction to update the change history. Hence the changes during VA01 is not considered as a change.
