Workflow component in SP6

Dear All

we are currently on MDM 5.5 SP6 (5.5 62 33). Facing following problem:

I am not able to add record update as trigger action for workflow. All other trigger actions we are able to add like record Add and Import.

Any Ideas.

Pls check for the latest Hot fix needs to be installed for SP6.

I am able to add Record Add as trigger. But when we have Record update not able to add record Update as well. requirement is to have both Record ADD as well as Record Update as trigger action for same workflow. is this possible??

Hi Ravi,

Yes it is possible to have both the trigger actions Record Add and Record Update.MDM automatically identifies the action that occurs first and launches the workflow.

I am not able to select both trigger actions. I remeber it worked in SP5.

how to resolve this??
