Messages are in scheduled state

Hi Experts,

When i am checking in SXMB_moni it is showing the messages in green (scheduled) state. They are not getting success. Interseting fact is when i am seeing the corresponding queues they are also having the zero entries. Means their are no messages in the queues it seems.

I have performed the cache refresh once.

Please suggest something to over come this problem

Hi there,

If your MONI flag showing green means messages are there in queues but saying there is no messages in queues.

try to check again in SMQR ..

silly one but refresh the moni screen .

lets c what happens..

Hi,

Pls check the adapter status in RWB.and check the MESSAGE DISPLAY TOOL of the particular messages.

go to SMQR and reregister and activate the queues again.

there are option for regestration and deregistration...

But there are no option for REregistration... Can we do deregister then register.

Hi,

In MONI, select the message and goto menu goto---Qrfc Monotor

Now it will take you to corresponding strucked Queue.

Now you can do what ever you want , like releaseing / Deleting
