No Dropdownbox?

Hello Experts!

A colleague of mine installed GUI 7.10 Patch 7.

He can not see the dropdown box values anymore - in fact, he does not get a dropdownbox.

I installed GUI 7.10 Patch 7, too. I can see the values in the dropdown boxes.

What could be his problem and how to solve it?

What version of Internet Explorer are you two using?

Problems occur with IE 7.

Hi,

the problem does not occur with an Internet based application,

but in the backend of SAP BW.

We have a self-programmed transaction which allows to choose several things - some via dropdown boxes. And these dropdown boxes are the ones causing trouble.

True, but there is a known problem which sounds similar. In this problem the drop down boxes in SE80 no longer work after installing IE7. Hence my question if you are using different versions of IE7.

Hi Angelika. Can you say transactions for example where you can't see dropdawnbox and explain in detail what are dropdawnbox in this case ? The OS is (include the SP level) ? Regards.

Hi,

the transaction is a self-programmed transaction starting Zxxx

The SAP_BW release is 700 SP 15, SAP_BASIS is 700 SP 13.

.... This info is not enough. That the transaction makes ? Can you check other not self-programmed transaction where are able to view this error ? Regards.
