Hi,

Sorry but, how is this related to Oracle on SAP (this forum)?

Lately it seems that any question is dump into this forum

So, I'll give you my standard answer

-> have you checked the documentation on http://help.sap.com?

it is not very difficult.

I've done it, using your exact words (logon load balancing) and I got what I think you are looking for:

[Logon Load Balancing|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/c4/3a644c505211d189550000e829fbbd/frameset.htm]

Please, please, please, please, next time try to think for yourself a little and use the documentation

Hi ,

Already i used that documentation.

Following are the steps which i have performed.

1) entered message server entries in sapms.ini

2) entered entries in drivers/etc/services(ie sapmsWBP 3600/tcp)

3) after that i have created groups in SMLG.

I have created groups for application servers only not for DB server.

4) but while login it is allowing me to login on only one app. server not on all.

Hi,

I have configured logon load balancing.

But can anybody tell me how to check whether it is distributing load or not??

Nirgun,

Kaushal response has all these details. you can check load distribution in SMLG or in AL08. load balancing is not a round robin, but based on the attributes you give when you create logon group assignments. Please follow the note throughly.
