Text Type

Hi,

I maintained a sales - customer text KNVV.

The text exists in the customer master record.

During sales order creation, this text type is expected to be copied from Customer Master to a Sales Order.

For this purpose all required customizing settings - text procedure,

access sequence etc. were completed.

In sales order, the text type appears on the header texts tab but it is empty.

What could be the reason for text not being referenced?

In sales document Header Text procedure, select sales header procedure, then select Texts in procedure.

Check for the Header note, No. box is checked. This check mark ensures text is to be displayed when it is copied..

Hi,

Make sure the text t ype is also included in the text determination procedure of the sales document header.

I could see the field in custoemr master text called "Selection". Explore and test that option. Solution for the problem may lie there.

Maintain text in customer master record ->sales area data ->extras ->texts

there you can give your texts .That will be flowing to the sales order
