In SUS I have a PO to be confirmed by the supplier, however in SRM is the buyer who confirms it before. This confirmation done in SRM does not update the PO in SUS, in fact it duplicates it. Now there are two PO in SUS of a same PO in SRM waiting for a confirmation.
Is there any way to update the SUS PO which is already confirmed in SRM? Or, how do to avoid that the PO which are sent to SUS cannot be confirmed in SRM?
Regards.
the correct procedure is
1) supplier creates confirmation.
2) confirmation comes to SRM ( buyer).
3) buyer should approve the confirmation, this information will be send back to SUS.
confirmation needs to be created in SUS and approved in SRM...

Thanks Khan.
I know that, but I want to go ahead a scenario like that.
My problem is: not all suppliers are in SUS, a lot PO are confirm by buyer. The buyer can confirm a PO be wrong.
any idea?
