EP 7.0 -workflow-SAP

hi

I am looking for a solution to best use of various workflows available in netweaver and SAP.

In my scenario Portal will submit a request and that will be sent to approver for his review .. and after approval we will make a RFC call to update the SAP ECC database.

we are debating to use GP/SAP Workflow/ XI-CCBPM ..

open questions are - it is online/ manual intervention is required/ data will have to stored temporarily as XML until it is approved by the approver.

Please let me know your thoughts
