What are the hardware and software requirements to put PI7 Oracle / DB2 on a Sun Solaris environement?

Not sure clearly what your query is.
If you want to figure out the OS version and DB versions, you can get this information from a document called .Platform Availability Matrix' you can find this in (Marketplace) www.service .sap.com/pam.
To be more helpful , I would say PI is supported on Solaris 9 or 10 with 64 bit platform.
The corresponding Database version for DB2 would be DB2 9 .For oracle it is Oracle 10g (9i is not supported).
Next you would have to determine how much CPU or memory requirement for SAP-XI.
I would say although it can run on Server with mimunum 2 GB RAM , 1 CPU and 40 GB HDD.
But for determining exact hardware requirement , you need to do the following
1. Read the master Installation guide for PI (you can find it in marketplace)
2. Complete sizing based on the quick sizer tool available again in marketplace.
