sales deal / promotion number

Hey,

A sales deal was created and promotion number was assigned to the sales deal.

Where exactly could one see 'sales deal' and 'promotion number' during sales process? Where are these fields located?

I opened one of the billing documents and I don't see sales deal number or promotion number in billing items.

Any solution?

Hi austin

Have you maintained KA00 condition type in the sales order for the sales deal.

Just check the configurations done

It is only at the billing level where you can see the sales deal number

Sales deal is assigned to a customer.

Did the customer in billing document have a sales deal assigned to him?

'Sales deal number' & 'promotion number' fields are activated in billing document only when sales deal exists for the customer.

You can find the sales deal number in the billing document level .Even the promotion number also you can see in the billing document only

You can find them in Billing document.

The ‘sales deal number’ and ‘promotion number’ fields are in the Item details screen of the billing item.
