Error with SL Reporting

Hi!

I would like to set up the SL Reporting and face with the following eror:

CCMS data could not be retrieved through RFC from system <SID>.

I have rechecked whether the RFC connection do exist in SMSY and also whether the RFC exist for system monitoring. Both tests were positive.

Has someone any ideas how to solve this problem?

Additional question:

I would like to add to SL Report the CCMS objects from System monitoring. Is it possible?

Does some suitable documentation exist for my issue?

Hi Thom,

There is got to be a problem with RFC. Check your RFC's in SMSY for that SID. and test the connection. also, from SM59, test RFC & AUTHORIZATION. Also check RFC user and make sure it is not locked.
