The PI 2004_1_470 patches are installed on EPS/in and uploaded in SPAM for Business Information Warehouse 3.10 system.
As it is useless to have PI on BI I have removed the EPS files (CSN.PAT and CSN.ATT) in the EPS/in directory, but the PI is still available in transaction SPAM.
How can i remove the PI from the BI system in SPAM "OCS package directory" ?

We can reset the queue from the following path in transaction SPAM
Extras -> Reset Status -> Queue

The patches are not in the queue, but in the "OCS package directory" .
Solved the issue by removing the EPS files (CSN.PAT and CSN.ATT) in the EPS/in directory and
another load of the packages via Support package -> Load package -> From application server.
