asset PO

Hi,

I use SRM to create asset PO, when do GR, the account of asset posted will be based on link between product category and GL accont, or the asset class definiation in backend SAP system?

Hi. What do you want it to be? Normally you do not define a link between product category and account assignment Asset, and then SRM will read the G/L from the asset class in R/3 and populate automatically in the SRM shopping cart.

I am not sure if it is even possible to override this, if you manually change the G/L in an asset cart the G/L from the asset class will override the manual one
