Automatic defect recording

Dear all

During recording result if ant characteristic is valuated as reject,a screen should pop up automatically for defect recording.but is not coming.so how can i do this .any configuration required in spro.

Hi,

The is of master data and you have maintain it properly.

Master inspection characteristics are to be created properly.

They are of two types-

1) Quantitative - which you can quantify with a value.

for eg - pH value is in between 4 to 8, more than 6.

2) Qualitative - where you cannot assign a value.

for eg - appearance - it is clear, hazy or turbid.

This values are to be first defined in spro and assign to qualitative characteristics.

Then you have make your inspection plan (QP01) for the material assign these quantitative and qualitative characteristics.

After the for material you must have QM view activite and assign the inspection type (01 or 04 etc.)

Accordingly inspection lot will created while GR or Production order is made.

Go to QA32 or QE51N, and give the characteristics value.

As per you information maintained, sytem will accept it or reject. Like pH value is between 4 to 8, your value is 5 it is ok.

System will suggest accept. If value you put as 3, system will reject it.
