cost of replacing defective goods

hai guru's,

iam having the senerio that company will replace the defective goods if returned with in 6 months and also their policy of replacing the defective goods free of cost if it is brought back with in 6 monthsof invoice date. Is there is any ways to make a pop up message automatically while creating the retun order and subsequent free of charge delivery..... how to do it ...... very urgent......pls help me out.....

Via usereixt yes. Perhaps in userexit USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP in report MV45AFZB you can use the function modules POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_ STEP, POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_WITH_VALUE or POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_ WITH_MESSAGE, POPUP_TO_DECIDE.
