Please follow the instructions in /people/sap.user72/blog/2006/05/04/enhancing-tables-in-webdynpro-java-150-custom-built-table-utilities
You can either create a separate Component for Excel Download or you can create a Custom Controller and punch in the necessary code.
It is up to you.
