Dear All,
We have configured 5 satellites systems with Solution manager 4.0 for service Desk which are working fine. There is no problem in rfc' entries and authorizations etc in any of these servers.
When we try to create messages in one specific satellite (SAP 4.7 ) system, Error " Error 513 unable to create Support Desk Message" this message is displayed. At the same time , CRM_DNO_MONITOR shows the entry of this message Without External Reference number.
Can you please help me out !!
Points rewarded.

hey,
please check note 498984 as well.
maintaining bcos_cust and deploying/creating the necessary rfc-connection with TA SMSY is normally all you have to do.
do you have implemented the actually support packages (stack15)?
kind regards

Hi !
I checked this note no. 864195 I feel that , everything is as per this note and problem is with the extenal number range settings for specific satellite system.
Do we have to maintain anything in satellite systems for external number range?
I have maintained following things:-
1. BCOS_CUST entry
2. Trusted RFC entries in sm59
Please Reply
