how to transport SAP script

Hi all,

I made changes in sap scripts in development, and transported trhough stms and imported in quality,

Now i am unable to see change in quality. please tell me the procedure to transport from dev to qulaity.

Hi,

In which client of QAS did you transport the request? In which QAS client are you testing? if you are not checking in the client where you have transported the changes, those will not get reflected. Scripts are client dependent objects.

Just go the QAS client where you want the changes. open transaction SCC1 and copy the request from the QAS client where you have transported to this client. Make sure that the target and source clients are correct. always open SCC1 in the destination client. After you do so, you changes will reflect in your desired QAS client.

We have the standard program, RSTXTRAN which can be used to transport the require script from one client to another.

just release the request as we do with report.

BASIS people move the request to Quality.

Moving DEV to Quality is BASIS work.
