Special Charges

Hi,

My client is a distributor in US. We are using vertex, how do u handle special charges like Small Order Charge and handling charge or fuel surcharge. Do I need to use the user exit to send these different charges.

Can all the different conditions be passed to vertex individually, since these special charges are taxable in some states and not in other.

Hi

All this can be done in Pricing control. For small order - you can use AMIW/AMIZ condition types, or Palette surcharge. Others can be mapped in pricing using different condition types (standard or customised).
