Is anyone aware of a document that lists all SAP delivered sales and billing document types with descriptions? Thank you in advance.

sorry to have to ask, but TVAK and TVFK are not Tcodes, so I should go where to use them?

TVAK and TVFK are standard SAP tables. You can use the transaction code SE16 or SE11, and input the table name and see the contents of the table.
Prase
You can very well go to TVAK and TVFK to get all the list of document types SAP has provided.
Just provide teh selection criteria document type not equal to Z* and you will get all the SAP delivered document types.

That is a nice start, but there are lots more sales doc types provided so I was hoping for something more extensive.
