Problem with a Web Dynpro component

Hello experts, i have a big problem with a webdynpro called

wdr_message_area, this webdynpro belongs to the package SWDP_RUNTIME_COMP

But in my Development Server this component is missing, but when my basis try to copy the web dynpro from testing, the system says "The component wdr_message_area already exists"

The same occurs if i put the name in the se80, first the system says that the component doesnt exists and when i choose create, says that the component exists.

anybody knows a solution????

check transparent table WDY_COMPONENT for wdr_message_area component.

if it is available in your development server, then delete that entry and ask basis person to copy it again from testing.

Hello, thanks for the answer, but the entry "WDR_MESSAGE_AREA" in the table view wdy_component doesnt exist.

There is another solution?

Hi,

there might be a mismatch in the TADIR / GTADIR tables, with some entries still existing. Some transports might have had problems, so you'd best have your system admin check the object catalog entries.
