Hi all,

I am trying to do a client copy from our PRD to DEV client. when creating the RFC connection (sm59) I am unable to get the remote login to work. When I click on the remote login tab nothing happens although the test connection works. Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong?

are you trying to connect with RFC user or current user? User should be defined as dialog user in order to a remote login and a logon screen to appear.

Thanks Micky, but I don’t think its user related as I am able to use these same credentials for other systems. These are hosted systems and maybe that has something to do with it, I am not sure. Can you think of anything else?

We had the same problem a while ago, but we managed to solve it. But, I really don't know anymore what it is we did to solve it. Sorry, good luck to you however.
