Availability Check in Delivery

Former Member

Hi,

Struggling with Availability check. Created Two deliveries, first for 600PCE second for 40PCE. Only 600 in stock so the first delivery has the stock allocated to it.

We would like to send delivery 2 first, but we have to delete delivery 1 in able to free up the stock to allocate it. Is there a way around this?

Thanks

Lee

Hi

Assign Reason for Rejection in the first sales order at line item level. Now you can do delivery for the second order.

Thanks,

Ravi

Hi

You can try by assigning a Reason for Rejection at line item in the first order. Now the quantity will be available for delivery for the second order. Later you can remove the reason for rejection in the first order.

This cannot be a regular practice especially when many orders are created and in delivery due list. Let others contribute their ideas to meet your requirement.

Thanks,

Ravi

Reduce the Pick qty of delivery 1 to 560 and then the delivery qty itself to 560. Thus making 40 available for 2nd delivery
