Former Member

hello,

I'm working with MDM console, I'm able to mount the MDM Server successfuly but when I mount a existing repository, the repository appears with a grey padlock and no tables and subtables appear.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance,

Marta.

Hi,

This happenns when there is version mismatch between MDM Repository and the Client used to mount the repository.

Try to Update the Repository by right clicking on the repository and select Update Repository option.

Also check the version of the Console and the Repository

Thank you Jitesh,

But unfortunately the Update Repository option is not available through MDM console. The repository has been created with the current mdm console version.

Any idea?

you need userid and password to loginto repository

right click on the repository and chose login

give userid :Admin

password : (leave blank)

Might sound silly, but are you connected to the repository?

Double click the repository - enter id and pwd and then you shoudl see the tables etc
