Copy control

I want all the components defined in Item Text as well as header Test of Sales order will come autometically during creation of delivery with refer to the sales order.

Please help me by givign the solutions may be it in the copy control. Right answar must be rewarded.

Dear Laxmikanta,

Through text determination you can copy the sales order text to the delivery.

-->First you determine the text at sales order header and item level

-->Second step you determine the text at delivery header and item level.

While maintaining the access sequence in the delivery text determination you take VBBK table as header text object and VBBP table as item text object.

Same text ID's you maintain in the delivery text access sequence which are created at sales order level

Hi,

In a standard scenario we can copy the Header text of sales order in to header delivery text and the item text of sales order in to the item text of delivery. This control is configured in the Text Determination.

Maintain the Text id created,Inthe sales order and delivery text procedure of header and item.
