Shipment related

Hi Good evenong to u all. Can some one explain and give the configuration steps for the following shipping related activities.

1) Creat shipment

2) Collective processing of shipment

3) Collective processing of shipment in back ground

4) Mass changes of shipment

5) Over all shipment process monitor

Pls give explaine the above activities and provide the configuration steps...I would be very thankful for you..
