Billing in previous month

Hi all,

I want to do PGI & billing in APR'08 but system is not allowing me to do PGI, let me know what is the procedure for the same.

If you have to do PGI and billing for Apr08 posting date,

1. You have to open the posting period of April in OB52 and MMPV. The FI and MM consultants should help you in this respectively.

2. While PGI/Invoice make the posting dates as some date in Apr08

3. Now if you do PGI or invoicing, you should be able to do it.

Hi

In the sales order if the req del date is after Apr 08 and the del date is after Apr 08, system will not allow to do PGI and billing for Apr 08.

If the order is not delivered, go to VA02 and change the req del date to Apr 08.
