Hi Can any one tell the difference between the access sequence in pricing and access sequence in Rebates.
satish
Hi satish
When you go and create a access sequence , on the right side you get that access relavent for pricing where as for rebate access sequences you have to put 1 which is access is relavent for rebates.
when you create an access sequence and put 1 and make it access is relavent for rebates, That means the access sequence you are using will be applicable only for the reabte condition types , you cant use this for pricing condition types.
In the same way ,when you create an access sequence and make the access is relavent for pricing then those access sequence can be used for the pricing condition types, but these access sequences can't be used for the rebate condition types

Hi Satish,
The access category is entirely different. For pricing related accesses there is no predefined category (it is empty)
There is a separate access category for rebate which is 1 which cannot be used for pricing.
Otherwise both are stored in the same table only in the database. While pricing, only the accesses having pricing specific access categories are made use of .
Hope this helps you
Pls reward if it helps you
