Hi,

i have created inspection charactersitcs for one materila say A00, in this i maintained lower and upper specific vallue and desired value.

Now during QA32 where i can mentioned the actual reading for material??

i have to record actaul reding for that lot.

Hi,

You can also use transaction QE51N (Results Recording Worklist).

Select the plant, material, inspection type and can get the lot number. Do the result recording against the operation steps.

Before entering the results, line item will be grey.

After entering the value to inspection characteristics, depending the value entered, line item will be displayed in green (if value is ok) or in red (if not ok).

This is the RESULT RECORDING.

Finally you have to give the USAGE DECISION and save.

Hi,

Select the desired Inspection lot from the tcode QA32. Enter the required details to find the log and Execute.

Then select the Inspection Lot and Change Inspection Results Button, this will prompt for the selection of Operation to which you want to record the results. This will lead to the results recording screen.

Then enter the result value on the Result field if it is a Quantitative characteristics. Otherwise press F4 to select the code group if it is a qualitative characteristics.

Press enter and click on the Valuate button.The click on the CLose(lock symbol) button.

Then SAve the result by clicking on the Save button.
