Possibility to chnage SC with status approved

Hi,

Is there any possibility to change the SC which is approved?

Hi. As far as I know it is not possible as standard.

If you try any of the function modules, such as BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE, you will get an error saying status = approved.

I have also tried changing status back, then changing, then setting back to approved, but the status change function BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE_WF also gives an error saying cart = approved.

It might be possible but I have not found a way.

Why do you want to change an approved cart though? There might be a work round to your problem.

Hi Dave,

I wanted to verify if there are ways to edit it. and create a follow on ducment.

The customer has created PO out of a approved SC and then deleted the PO. He wants to create the PO again from SC.

So I think the only way to start is all over again. right?

Hi. Are you using classic or extended classic?

If it is classic you can just un-delete the PO in the backend R/3 / ECC system in ME22N, then press the open padlock icon.

I can not remember if you can do the same in SRM with extended classic, I only have access to classic systems at the moment.

Can anyone else confirm if you can un-delete a PO in SRM?

Hi Dave,

We are using ECS. The PO deleted cannot be undeleted from SRM.

I think only way is to re-create the SC.

Hi. Have you tried function BBP_PD_PO_UPDATE?

The deletion indicator is in structure I_ITEM, you might be able to reset it in the PO.
