hi,

sap gurus,

i have a small doubt in dates of all.

my client wants order date as different

delivery date as different

pricing date as different

billing date as different.

this will happen bcz std sap has provided this facility in standard itself.

but

here my doubt is

if different dates are there

how we can reserve that this particular stock is reserved for that particular customer.

i think you have catched my logic in the question.

plz help me on this

Dear Balaji,

You can have sales order ,delivery and billing in different dates.

The availsbility check and stock reservation will be carried out based on the Sales order date,

You also note that availabilty check will takes place based on the configuration settings

The availability check will be carried out at sales order level so you need to create the delivery based on the conformation date,the delivery creation date should be after conformation date not before conformation date.

Finally you can create invoice with different date with reference to the delivery number.

at the time of reversal t-code :- vl09 , select the delivery number and click the define date and enter the actual pgi date and do the reversal.
