Hi Zhang,

Delivery creation date

The day on which you create a delivery.

Use

During delivery processing, the system automatically proposes the delivery creation date for all schedule lines with the same goods issue date by taking the earliest of the following dates:

o The material availability date

o The transportation planning date

Rule for determining default value for deliv. creation date (CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt)

Rule for determining the default value for the selection interval for the delivery creation date.

The following are implemented:

1. All documents due for delivery today

2. All documents due for delivery today and tomorrow

3. All documents due for delivery up until the end of next week

(includingthose that were due before today)

4. All documents due for delivery up until and including

tomorrow(including those that were due before today)

I hope it will clear for you

Regards,

Murali.

When searching for documents within a particular date range you put in the delivery date. This basically refines your search and picks up only those document created on the particular delivery date mentioned by you.

Calculation ruleis nothing but picks up delivery document with respect to PGI dates / schedule dates.

Here are some of the calculation rules which is used.:-

1. All documents due for delivery today

2. All documents due for delivery today and tomorrow

3. All documents due for delivery up until the end of next week (includingthose that were due before today)

4. All documents due for delivery up until and including tomorrow(including those that were due before today)

Award points if helpful.

Thanks
