sap gurus,

how to reverse an excised invoice which is in the name of one customer

how to reverse it

and

how to send to different party.

bcz in one party excise is registered in one customer name.

how to reverse it.

Dear balaji

To reverse an excise invoice, run j1ih and select "Cancel excise invoice". I am not able to understand your comments "how to send to different party".

For information, You can generate excise invoice in whose name you created the sale order. That is whoever is sold to party, that name and address will only flow in your excise invoice. If this is not what you expected, please enlighten more about your requirement.

u can use J1IH, there u found a cancel exc invoice tab.

or u can go by J1IIN there u found a cancel invoice button.
