PRINT VERSION FAILURE

Hello,

In the portal we have a custom Abap web dynpro application to display a list of employees. The columns

to display of this list can be specified by the users, we have maximum 62 columns.

When the list is bigger or the numbers of the columns are also important, we got the error PRINT VERSION FAILURE when we chose the button PRINT VERSION in the alv grid.

For the others case the print version works fine and the PDF file is display very well.

I think maybe this is related to the performance issue.

Any help, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Check SAP notes 1010833 and 1005742.

Hello,

Thanks Rakesh for you answer, the 2 notes are aleady applied in our system, we are on SP: SAPKB70012.

The print version works fine when the list is small, the issue occurs only then it became big.

Any idea please.

The issue was related to the system performance.
