Hi ,

I hope you are looking for managing tranports of various systems through Solution manager.

Change request management is the tool provided by SM to manage changes across landscape..

I downloaded the sim files. However, when I double click them nothing happened.

Hi Jennifer,

To run .sim file you nee sap tutor player installed on your desktop...

Open this link https://websmp108.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/011000358700001572552002E

click install a special version of the SAP Tutor Player ... that will install player for you... and then you can run the .sim file
