Hello,
I need use ABAP Mapping in XI, I followed the instructions of that blog to activate it:
/people/ravikumar.allampallam/blog/2005/02/10/different-types-of-mapping-in-xi
Then I reloged to the Integration Builder and I gone to Interface Mapping. I've opened the Mapping Program types list, and the Type ABAP Mapping was not there....
Only the same as before, Message Mapping, Java Mapping and XSL
What can I do?

Hi
you need to have this configuration in your exchange profile to have ABAP mapping option in Interface determination
Open http://<host>:<port>/exchangeProfile/ind
ex.html
Choose IntegrationBuilder -> IntegrationBuilder.Repository ->
com.sap.aii.repository.mapping.additionaltypes
Maintain the following entry: R3_ABAP|Abap-class;R3_XSLT|XSL (ABAP Engine)

As you have done the above already then do this...
1- Open http://<host>:<port>/rep/support/admin/index.html
2- Choose Administration of Properties -> All Properties
3- If the value associated to parameter com.sap.aii.repository.mapping.additionaltypes is not visible, press REFRESH button (this refresh button is just infront of All Properties right hand side block)
After doing above check in IR, if still don't find the option for ABAP mapping then refresh the cache.
Regards,
Sarvesh
