Dear Anzar,

Have you upgraded to SP13?

Can you please let me know whether the J2EE Sever (engine) and the MI Sync Servlet has been upgraded to SP 13?? If both of these are not on SP 13 or higher, then synchronization format on the client will not be suported by the Sync Servlet. If your J2EE Server is on SP 13 but sync servlet in not on SP 13, then i recommend you to deploy the new sync servlet.

The note 919880 describes the procedure to deploy the new sync servlet.

And, it is recommended to apply the latest patch (SP21) to SAP MI 2.5 as it will have lot of fixes.

Please remember that the SP level of client should be always less than or equal to the SP level of the middleware.

Best Regards,

Sapna

Hi Anzar,

The SP level that you are in which is very old.The Current SP level in 2.5 is SP21.I would recommend you to upgrade to

latest SP which will have fix for all th issues so far encountered.

Try add this parameter in the MobileEngine.config file, hopefully this will resolve the problem i think.

MobileEngine.Sync.NewProtocol = true

Dear Anzar,

If you are using MI 2.5 SP 21 on client, then the SP level of

middleware should be higher or equal to SP level 21.

Dear Sapna

Dear Anzar,

Yes, middleware and WAS are the same.

The client is the MI client and the middleware is the MI server.

Here, the SP level of the client should always be less than or equal to the SP level of the middleware.

Hi,

if you are using NW2004s(SP13) - then you are on MI7.0SP13!!!!!

So please install MI7.0SP13 client - and not MI2.5SP13 CLIENT!!!!!
