Application webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/pb/pagebuilder/;jsessionid=(..........) will run with a wrong client window .
There after the ivew is not opening. After some time is is giving 500 ITS error with sessionLocking error.
Now this request has reached the manager's inbox. When we click on the workitem for that , we are getting the following error 500 ITS error:

Hi,
Check the Validity Period of SSO Certificate, if it is expired then you need to reset it.
Configuring the Validity Period of Logon Tickets:

Hi Pinki,
It is good to here the SSO ticket problem from your side.
I was worked extensively on ESS components and the same type of problem occured .
We have created the OSS notes but there was no clues even from SAP also .
We have done a basic problem from our side.
When ever you create a Jco connections for both application data and meta data of specific destionation make sure the following things..
1. For destination's application data SSO Type is -> sso Logon Ticket ..
2. For destination's metadata SSO Type is -> userMapping.
dont give the SSO type as logon Ticket for the cases.
please let me if you need any help..
