New RMM Customizing Group

Hi, i create a new RMM Customizing Group with 4 values... But, how can see this values in the manage device...

I want assign this value in each device, how can do it?

Don't the attributes you created show up in the 'Manage Device Attributes' tab?

Hi,

While creating attributes in custom group in sdoe_rmm01 there is a field called "Admin UI Display". Enable/check that field for your attributes and restart your admin console to see those attributes.

But after doing the changes dont forget to regenerate your custom group.

Ok, my problem was Read Only... i had activate, now i deactivate and it shows.

Hi,

The actual problem was "Admin UI Display" check box was not checked and thats the reason why it was not shown on Admin Portal.

And regarding the "Read Only" field, if you check this checkbox, it means you can only view this value in the portal but you cannot modify from the portal. The only way you can fill the values of a readonly attributes is only thru Reciever Generation data object which is alltogether a new concept. So the best way is to uncheck this check box so that anyone can change this value in the portal.

But if you want to restrict the modification of some fields from the portal the you can check this checkbox.
