MMPV issue

As per Std SAP MMPV period is open for 5th month,but in our business process Fiscal year start from April so as per the process Current month will be 02 period.So pls suggest step for reversal of MMPV.Its in DEV.

Hello,

There is a transaction MMRV, which allows back posting. But do it after consulting with MM / FI consultants.

if you have wrongly changes the MM posting period then by MMPI you can change the posting period to the required period

one parameter is required to set in the user master data MMPI_readnote and value as the current date

then only this program reset the posting period of MM.

Hi Parul,

I think MMPV has nothing to do with the fiscal year variant. It only opens the month and year as provided in the transaction. I am confident that the posting period available in your system is a valid one.

Please discuss with your MM consultant and I advise you not to make a ny changes in MMPV
