solution manger - remove terminal server service.

hi guys,

i have some question with my solution manager. it is running on window server 2003, having the terminal server service enable.

may i know is the terminal server service being used by solution manager ( for SAP router or any others)?

i need to remove the service because else i will not be able to have VPN full access to the server from outside. so can any people advice if i can remove it or not?

If you will need support where OS access is required you would need to enable it again - or use a third party product.

so you mean it is not being used by any of SAP application? example for remote access and so on?

Hello Mr. Lee .

SAP Application is not depend on Terminal Services , it would not affect you if you remove the services , mean time you can test Disabling the Service " Terminal Services" .
