order is not confirming quantity

Hi i have one quotation,. in that i have 4 line items, each line item have 7 schedule lines, what happening is out of 7 scdule lines its confirming 5 and not confirming 2, even though the product avilability is there. please respond to this query

Hi

If the quantity cannot be confirmed on the Requested Delivery Date - it creates a schedule line for the item and shows the confirmed quantity as 0.

I am not clear about getting two schedule lines without confirmed quantity.

Dear Reddy,

1.Please check the availability of the stock with respect to the plant which is entered in the Sales order as delivering plant.

2.And also make sure that that stock should not get reserved for the other sales orders or deliveries.

Hi,

pl check in the customer maser how many partial deliveries are allowed. But however once the stock is available there should not be a split in schedule line. To make sure check stock overview for that item and may be there are some other orders / deliveries occupying that stock.
