Once you press save button in sE71 it will ask for the req no. Give this req no to BAsis. They will transport it for you.

You can use the SE09 transaction or transaction SE10 to export your sapscript, and use the transaction STMS to import it.
You can also use the program rstxscrp.

Same way you transport a program. A transport request is assigned, you have to release it before it can be transported to a target server. (SE10)
