Hi....RD & DS is very simple....thet varies from logic to logic.
What i mean....
RD means.what issue u ll be received by support you hv to analise and write on a pre defined word format.what you understood from the issue and sent it to client.After getting client response you hv ri prepare DS same as RD and u hv to send it to ur Project Manager both RD & DS.
After getting approval then u need to proceed to solve the issue....
