No data found for contact person error while checking the SC

Hi Gurus

The SC has been created and approved and converted to PO, Confirmation & Invoice.

Whenever I am trying to check the SC details through Monitoring Shopping cart, I am receiving the error message as "No data found for contact person 00019681, inform system admin".

Please advice how to correct the issue.

this issue is relavnt to user attribute.

Hi Gurus

We are applying the support pack in our testing client.

When ever I am trying to create the SC, I am able to select a different plant, but I am trying to shop for some one else, I am unable to select any other plants other than the Default plant.

Please advice.

Hi. Has the user that created the cart been deleted from the system?

If they have that is probably the problem.

If they still exist, go to the org plan in PPOMA_BBP and look for the user that created the cart. Then double click the user and select the "check" tab.

Are there any errors there? If so it should tell you how to fix them using BBP_CHECK_USERS.
