Upgrade SPS

Hello Experts,

I'm not sure if I'm on the right forum for this question, if not, please point out the correct one to me.

I'm trying to do an upgrade of an SPS 9 system to SPS 11, according to the description at: https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/462aec25-0c01-0010-8cb6-8ee8bdd8...

But when I read on page 24

To load the tool library SAPJUP, enter the following commands:

LODRUN DEV(*OPT) DIR('JUP/OS400_64')

SIGNOFF

I don't know where I have to enter the command.

Where is that?

Best regards,

Florian

Are you trying to upgrade system based on WAS JAVA or WAS ABAP or dual stack.!

If it is WAS JAVA

download the stack from market placce(https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/sp-stacks and select stack download.. select the componet you are upgrading .. select the start and target stack.. download the spstack and download the xml (spsxml) )...

place the downloaded packages and the xml in the EPS/IN direcotry...

start JSPM(usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGS30\j2ee\JSPM .. go.bat ->for sdm password enter j2ee_admin's password ) and select the option support and enhancement package stack.. and select the xml and start deployment...

if this doesnot help you please do come back..
