SAP Guide per se, it is not possible to co-relate LDAP. I assume that Portal roles/users have been also imported from a centralized Active Directory. So, it is not possible as of now to sync them.
But what is the need to create all Portal users in MDM? If you are using Portal as an interface for MDM, all roles/authorization shud be taken care by Portal. At MDM front, having as many users as functionalities should suffice...
