Hi everybody,
we are running ECC6 and integrated ITS.
When I call the ITS-service webrfc e.g. in german:
http://<our server>:<our port>/sap/bc/webrfc?sap-language=DE&_FUNCTION=WWW_GET_SELSCREEN&_TEMPLATE_SET=ZCATW_SNO&_REPORT=ZCATWPROJLEITER
And then I call another webrfc in english:
http://<our server>:<our port>/sap/bc/webrfc?sap-language=EN&_FUNCTION=WWW_GET_SELSCREEN&_TEMPLATE_SET=ZCATW_SNO_EN&_REPORT=ZCATWPROJLEITER
(please notice the parameter: &_TEMPLATE_SET !!)
the browser doesn't give me the english version, but the "old" (first called) german one.
Maybe it's caching?
Any ideas to avoid this?
regards,
ralph schillein

Hi Oisin,
when just calling http://<our server>:<our port>/sap/bc/webrfc?sap-language=DE (or EN)
an Error:
"Error in function module WWW_DISPATCH_REQUEST"
is displayed (but in the correct languages
Hi Satyanarayana,
the template set was already created and uploaded in both languages.
best regards,
ralph

Hi Ralph,
and what does the error message say? I assume that paramters are missed. Anyway, as we can see in your original posting, the sap-language parameters has been given correctly.
I would suggest to create an OSS ticket, this seems to be a bug.

Tobias

Hi Ralph schillein,
1. Create all the template set (not the only one template required).
2. Upload the same in SAP GUI for that language.
3. Then call the template set in browser.

If just calling
http://<our server>:<our port>/sap/bc/webrfc?sap-language=DE
and then
http://<our server>:<our port>/sap/bc/webrfc?sap-language=EN
is the correct logon page displayed?

There are no language settings set.

Hi Raplh,
Have you checked the language settings for "webrfc" in SICF?

try adding the following url parameter to the second call and see whether it helps.
sap-sessioncmd=open
